DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days, although there may be delays during busy periods. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only.

UNITED KINGDOM

Mainland UK

• Standard or Express delivery available on all orders.
  
• Standard: Estimated delivery times from the day of dispatch: 3-5 business days. 
• Express: Estimated delivery times from the day of dispatch: 1-2 business days.
• Free Standard delivery on orders from £160 and over
• Standard delivery on orders below £160: £4

Non-Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands:

• Free Standard delivery on orders from £160 and over
• Standard delivery on orders below £160: £15

Estimated delivery times from the day of dispatch: 3-5 business days.

We do not ship to military addresses or PO Boxes.

UNITED STATES DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer delivery to customers within the United States.

US orders are fulfilled from our limited US inventory and are shipped domestically. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, in addition to the estimated delivery time.

Standard US Delivery: $9.95

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays and other circumstances outside of our control.

As fragrance is classified as a restricted item for transportation, orders containing perfume may be required to travel by approved ground transportation and may therefore take longer to reach some destinations.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Sales tax may be added at checkout where required by applicable state and local law.

At present, US delivery is available only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
