DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, although there may be delays during busy periods. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only.

Non-Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Overseas:

  • Free Standard delivery on orders from £70 and over
  • Standard delivery on orders below £70: £5

Estimated delivery times from the day of dispatch: 2-5 business days.

We do not ship to military addresses or PO Boxes.

    Items will only be eligible for the return/replacement policy if they are extensively damaged, or you received an incorrect order.

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and untampered, and in its original packaging.

    We currently do not offer free returns, therefore, the cost of the return postage is the customer's responsibility.

    Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement/refund.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and untampered, and in its original packaging.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Are Andesara fragrances genderless?

    Yes. All Andesara fragrances are intentionally genderless.

    We believe scent should be guided by personality, presence, and emotion — not gender or convention. Each fragrance is designed to be worn intuitively, allowing the wearer to define its meaning for themselves.

    How should I choose a fragrance?

    We recommend choosing based on mood, character, and how you want to feel rather than notes or categories.

    Do your fragrances change over time on the skin?

    Yes. Andesara fragrances are designed to evolve naturally.

    Rather than immediate intensity, each composition unfolds gradually, revealing depth and nuance over time. Skin chemistry, environment, and movement all play a role in how a fragrance develops.

    Who formulates your fragrances?

    All Andesara fragrances are formulated in-house.

    Each scent is developed personally and intentionally, allowing full creative control over balance, evolution, and emotional resonance. We remain closely connected to every stage of the formulation process rather than outsourcing expression.

    Are your fragrances long-lasting?

    Andesara fragrances are composed to offer longevity with a refined, personal presence.

    They are designed to last and evolve on the skin, with a balanced sillage that feels intimate rather than overpowering. Longevity may vary depending on skin type and application.

    Do you use natural or synthetic ingredients?

    Our fragrances are composed using a considered blend of ingredients selected for how they interact, evolve, and feel on the skin.

    We prioritise balance, performance, and emotional impact over strict ingredient categories.

    How should I apply my fragrance?

    Apply to pulse points such as the wrists, neck, or behind the ears. Fragrance wears best when allowed to settle naturally — we recommend avoiding rubbing the skin after application.

    How should I store my fragrance?

    Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Proper storage helps preserve the integrity of the composition over time.

    What size are your fragrances available in?

    Our fragrances are currently available in 50ml bottles.

    Is your packaging sustainable?

    Our packaging is designed to be minimal, durable, and considered.

    We prioritise longevity and reduced excess, and continue to explore ways to improve our materials and processes responsibly.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we offer international shipping to selected destinations.

    Can I return or exchange a fragrance?

    Due to the nature of fragrance, opened products cannot be returned.
